Terms and Conditions

Please read these General Terms for Online Booking carefully. They set out the general legal terms applicable to the purchase of a ticket online and to your subsequent visit to our Cinema.

Seating

The sale of cinema tickets is subject to availability. Seats selected for your chosen performance will be reserved for you unless the performance is designated for unassigned seating.

Ticket Prices

Tickets are sold at the price displayed during the ordering process. All prices and fees include any applicable Value Added Tax.

Booking Fee

In addition to the ticket price, a booking fee is payable for online purchases, and this will be notified to you during the booking process.

Confirmation of Booking

On completion of your booking you will see a confirmation page displayed on your screen.

We will also send you an email confirmation. We recommend that you print out a copy of the confirmation page and/or confirmation email for your records.

Payment

Payment can be made using any card specified during the booking process. Payments are processed, and your card is deducted at the time we process your order.

Discounts

You cannot use any promotional vouchers or discount cards in conjunction with a ticket purchase via this website. To do this you will need to visit the cinema in person.

Concessionary prices may be subject to an ID check at the point of collection. Please ensure you have the correct form of identification to confirm your entitlement to a reduced entry fee, otherwise any balance due for a full price ticket may be charged at the cinema.

Security

Our web site uses the latest industry standard encryption technology to keep your personal information safe. All ordering information, including your name and credit card details, are encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to maximise security.

Ticket Collection

Tickets can be collected from the box office in the cinema. As mentioned above, you may need to provide identification to collect concessionary priced tickets.

For security reasons, the cardholder must be present to collect the tickets. You will need to take the same card as you have used to make your booking.

Refunds

Unless otherwise stated, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Orion Mobile App

This policy is only valid if you obtained and installed the app via an official distribution channel. These are the Google Play Store for Android, the Apple App Store for iOS, the Microsoft Store for Windows Phone, and the Amazon App Store for Fire. If you installed the app for anywhere else, then it is not genuine. Please remove and install from an official vendor.

The app includes Google analytics which is turned on by default. This is simply used for statistical reasons to help improve our app, and understand what our users are interacting with. No identifying information about the user is sent to us, and is all controlled using the Google Analytics frameworks.

There is an easy to find option within the app which will Opt you out of the Analytics system, this option persists as long as the app is installed. Reinstallation will reset this. However can be opted out again.

Some limited personal data can be stored by the app at the choice of the user, such as email address and phone number. These can be cleared at ease from the settings screen. The app in no way stores, or persists sensitive information, such as card details. None of these details are sent to any other app, or system within the device itself, and cannot be access externally from any other app.

The app can request your GPS location when using the map feature to find directions to the cinema/site. This is controlled by the operating system and not our actual app. This data is not stored in anyway.
